Users agree to provide accurate information for project requirements and to respect the intellectual property rights of KumarsIT and third parties. Any content provided for the project must be legally owned or licensed by the user.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all code, designs, and intellectual property created by KumarsIT remain the property of KumarsIT until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership of the specific project deliverables is transferred to the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

KumarsIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
